Please read this message from Kylee's mother and come support her at her trial this week on any day you may be available! Attached is a timeline of the events that transpired leading up to all of this.
To whom it may concern, especially parents that are for keeping their parental rights over their children.
I hope this memo finds you all in good health and high spirits. I am writing to inform you all about an important event in my life that I would like to share with each one of you. As some of you may already know, I am currently facing false charges and will be going to trial this week coming up on November 14th, 15th,16th and 17th. For 2 counts of criminal mistreatment and neglect for literally saving my daughters life when the doctor only wanted her to not live, so that her rare tumor can help others live!
Then there’s 2 counts of parental interference, and that is the state falsely stating that they had custody rights of my daughter when they didn’t.
First and foremost, I want to assure you all that I am innocent of the allegations brought against me. I don’t have complete faith in the legal system but I do believe in the people and I believe that the truth will prevail and it always comes.
However, I also understand that this process can be emotionally challenging, and I would greatly appreciate your love and support during this difficult time.
With that said, I would like to extend an invitation to each and every one of you to attend my criminal trial. Your presence would mean the world to me and would serve as a reminder that I have a strong support system within our movement for Freedom. Your support will not only provide me with strength but also demonstrate our unity as a team.
The trial will take place at Clackamas County Courthouse located at: 807 Main St.
Oregon City, OR. 97045 on November 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th at 8:30am
I understand that attending may not be feasible for everyone due to work commitments or personal reasons, and I completely respect your decision. However, if you are able to attend, please let me know in advance so that I can make the necessary arrangements, contact us on Kylee’s Fight messaging.
Lastly, I want to express my gratitude for the unwavering support I have received thus far. Your encouragement, understanding, and belief in my innocence have been invaluable. I am truly fortunate to be surrounded by such a caring and compassionate team.
